• 3 years Padel experience, 5 years Tennis, 6 years Football experience

• I coach all ages, genders and levels. I lead the Junior Padel Performance Program at WR&F and Hampshire & IOW

• Coach & Manager of The Lob Squad, my Elite Junior Coaching Performance Group

 

Coaching / Teaching Philosophy or Style

 

I have a firm but fun coaching style that integrates lots of action and shot repetition but also concentrates on good process over outcomes, which aims to facilitate accelerated learning and development. I define success by making progress towards fulfilling both individual and team potential, rather than by short-term wins & results. By focusing on good process & combining it with a positive attitude, I believe that success and improvement will take care of itself. I encourage my Players and Students to compete and play to win but retain their enthusiasm for the game when they lose. My passion is not only to help our Juniors improve as players but also to help them improve as people.
